Zib & the Fuzzy Friends

Each game practices one skill in short, low-pressure rounds:

• Balloon Breathing: slow belly breathing (about 4 seconds in, 5 seconds out), then a body check-in.
• Feelings Faces: reading facial cues, naming the feeling, and choosing a safe coping idea.
• Gold Star Catch: selective attention (only gold) and impulse control (freeze on red, then wait).
• First, Then: putting everyday routines in order, which supports transitions and multi-step directions.
• Squeeze & Melt: tensing and relaxing one body part at a time (hands, shoulders, face, tummy, toes) to notice and release tension.
• Copy Cat Lights: working memory and turn-taking. Zib takes a turn, then the child copies the pattern.
• Kind Words: everyday social choices such as joining a game, asking for a turn, saying sorry and saying thank you.
• Time to Switch: handling transitions. A visual timer warns that playtime is ending, then the child says goodbye to one activity and starts the next.

There is no losing, no countdown you can lose to, and no score that goes down. Wrong answers get a gentle hint. Progress is saved only in this browser.

This is a practice game, not a treatment. Your child's doctor, occupational therapist or counselor can suggest the skills that fit your child best, and you can use the same words from the game at home.
